He could use some humbling, no doubt, but I don't see that he owes anyone else anything. If he owes something to himself, as you say, then it is none or your concern, or the concern of anyone else on the internet, but you see these kind of "Kasparov should take a last stand for humanity" crap type postings on the internet frequently, which indicates that you and others think he owes you something, not himself.
