hi Stu >Steve, if not Kasparov, are there any others who can still clearly demonstrate >the superiority of the human race? hopefully there are still a few Super GM'S left that are able to defend Hmanity's honor J.polgar Anand Leko Krammink to name a few.. the point i am making is that Kasparov had his chances and now its time for him to step aside and let others take a crack at it painfully, we see that if the going gets tough in a match with the computer, then Kasparov gets going..out the door that is..check in hand..all the way to the bank a man that caves in and offers a draw to the computer in a better position(to make off with a better pay check)forfiets his right to represent human kind against the silicon beast if Kasparov is the only human left to represent us,then i fear the game has been lost..and sadly so has the game of chess been lost.. to mankind Steve >
