I hope that this is not too off topic

Fritz 5 book ends here. I forced it to play this line because I am studying
this opening variation. Fritz book evaluates this as favorable to white.

 20. bxa3 20... Rfc8 {(Rd1) 1.06/12} 21. Rd6 {0.97/12}

 23... Bxd5 {1.00/12} 24. R1xd5 {0.75/12}

First of all it is a bit of a mystery to my as to why Fritz is putting
extra moves inside comments here. I did not have the program do any
special analysis.

All the moves up to this point have been played in Klinger vs. Tolnai, except
that Tolnai played Kg7 instead of Kf8 and followed with Re8 and then Rb6
allowing the a-pawn to drop. White won.

Instead both CM4000 and Fritz 5 will play the next moves ....

24... cxd5 {1.03/14
} 25. Rxa6 {1.03/13} 25... Rc5 {1.00/13}

NOW here is the interesting rub. My gut feeling is that white has the
better rook and the extra pawn, so he should win. Fritz evaluates the
position as 1.00 in favor of white. But the extra pawn is sitting on
a2 behend the pawn on a3. It turns out that the win is not so easy for
white, and Fritz was not able to win it when playing against itself in
the following game.

I played several games with fritz at fast time settings from this position.
My conclusion is that the endgame is next to impossible to win for mere
mortals like me, although I am sure that Kasparov or Karpov would find a way.
