Ok. I think I know what may have happened here.
Did you start the game in Arena using "File - New 'Fischer Chess' " menu option?
Or did you copy a start position into Arena and started the match from there?

Using the last method I can reproduce the error you get. Using this method Arena
is not aware of Fischer chess. So, the Baron wants to Castle according to the
FRC rules, but Arena either does not recognize the castling move, or does not
allow FRC castling.

I think the only way of making Arena aware of FRC is to start the game as FRC in
Arena. Not by copying a starting position FEN into it. I asked the question at
the Arena support forum to ask whether there is a way of doing it.

It seems the Error I fixed had nothing to do with the problem you reported.
Anyway, it's fixed now...
