Hi Stefan, may be you have not yet noticed that there already exist four (more or less) FRC aware engines playable under the Arena GUI, see: [http://www.rescon.de/Compu/fullchess5.html] (at page bottom) or: [http://www.playwitharena.com/directory/engines.htm] (marked light red) This engines finally should be able to handle all 960 possible FRC starting positions instead of only less then 2% (18 from 960), which I regard to be a little more representative for the targeted FRC task. Fans of real FRC challenges surely would prefer to read on those engines instead of seeing non FRC aware engines in a 'FRC' hiscore list. For those who are interested how the mentioned 960 FRC staring positions could be generated and how they would look like there is a nice matching FRC FullChess FEN-Editor and Position Generator (using extended FRC-FEN) at: [http://www.rescon.de/Compu/fullchess7_e.html] (freeware).
