The short of it is: PC version: it is indeed the Ruffian engine; excellent user interface and general presentation although the engine parameters are not made available and there are no facilities such as game analysis or support for other Winboard/UCI engines; PalmOS version: don't install at the moment as it has a couple of elementary programming errors which, I think, led to crashes after a few games had been played.
