What I can do is email the thing if there is enough interest but first I need to
make it a bit more understandable and add a short description. The building
of an EOC is a quite complicated process. You need to do it in 3 steps and
in case of making a large one even in 4 steps as the data need to be merged.

Last difficulty: you need at least a PC with 64 Mb to use the EOC builder. If
you are interested email to: "info@rebel.nl".
