Kurt never played against kasparov or kramnik and we have no proof that he
cannot get 2.5/5 against them in the right conditions.


Right conditions include the assumption that kasparov and kramnik do not know
who is the opponent and may believe that they play against a super GM.

No.

I see no reason to reduce the ssdf rating.
Maybe we should increase the rating of humans by 200 points.
