the beta version works best because Rebel needs LevelExtend=None

it also works better using "inbetween" in conjucntion with wb2uci.exe.

Inbetween has a translation capability that is usefull for running Rebel under
F8.  Even with that, Rebel does not have good time management for blitz games
and for probably for all games.  But it is a beta.  When complete, it will be a
"star".
