Not being skilled in R+P endings and thinking I might learn something I tried
this position out using HIARCS 6.0 against itself at three time controls that
would give it ELO levels of 2200, 2300 and 2400 respectively.  All three games
followed quite different paths but all ended in draws after about 20-25 moves.
The black rook turned out to be fairly active in all three games.
