Just log in to FICS, and finger ascp. As of this writing it is rated 3100 :)
Since this is the only engine on FICS rated 3100-3300 I guess it must be
what he is talking about.  Funny thing is, ascp doesn't use null move at
all, since it plays suicide chess where zugzwang is many times more common
than in standard chess.  Maybe I should test out this verified null move
thing that I have been hearing about, its supposed to be good with zugz.
