Subject: Rebel 12 (DOS) - freezing up

I have installed the latest Rebel 12 update (thanks Ed!!!).  However it freezes
every time (sometimes immediately upon moving my mouse, other times I can play a
dozen moves or so).  I am running Windows 2000 (SP4) on my laptop (P4 1.8 GHz).
I believe I need to modify the "advanced parameters" for the program by right
clicking on the icon for the shortcut I created and setting various parameters
that affect how a DOS program uses memory, the mouse, etc.

My question is what settings do I need to modify (and to what values)?  I have
tried several times to guess at these settings, to no avail.

If someone can shed some light on this, I'd greatly appreciate it!
