To begin with, programmers would have to agree on how to score a position. Now
that would really be dreaming.

If we ignore that, what you don't seem to realize is that hash tables are not an
implement and then forget area of computer chess programming. There are actually
a huge number of possibilities and no one really knows what is really the right
way of doing it is. It is not even clear if there even is a right way. Too much
depends on the rest of the program.

Don't waste another second on this idea. It's not even close to being
reasonable.
