Subject: an idea for an experiment about checking the meaning of rating in ICC

I think that it may be interesting to have the following experiment in ICC with
fixed 2 programs:

program A:use always 0.1 second per move and does not ponder
program B:use always 3 second per move and does not ponder

Both program A and B agree only to play 5 3 blitz or 15 9 standard time control.
Both programs are smart enough to know not to lose the same game twice so people
cannot beat them by a specific prepared line again and again.

The question is what is going to be the difference in rating between A and B in
standard and in blitz.

If the difference is significantly bigger for blitz(for some reason it is my
guess) then the rating in ICC worth nothing.
