People simply do not give analysis of the programs that do not find it because
they do not consider it as interesting.

Hiarcs does not like Bxh2 based on the game.

The score before Bxh2 was equal and after playing the move it believed that
white had a clear advantage.

My engine movei also does not like Bxh2+
It believe that white is slightly better after Bxh2 but it is not optimistic
like Hiarcs.

Mike posted analysis of modified crafty that plays Bxh2+ and the reason is that
probably ot\riginal crafty fail.

There are a lot of programs with no king safety evaluation or with small king
safety evaluation that are not going to find Bxh2+.
