Why is that? First you have the question as to whether the 0.1 second engine is
capable of performing at a minimum level (it could be so that it only starts to
generate reasonable moves at 0.5 seconds). This is also valid for humans. I am
considerably weaker at blitz than at standard time controls, and I know people
where this is exactly the reverse, but so what? Does that mean that a rating
showing this has no meaning?
