That's in principle right: if possible not allow tactics / no attempt
to win / exchange pieces whenever possible withouth disadvantage / fast
play in order not to get in time trouble

This may indeed be the case. I have not yet tested under such
conditions. I assume that it will be harder to get draws. But on
the other hand, it could more likely happen that I even win from
time to time a game.
