There isn't one, at least not one that comes with the program.

Several other users have created books that they feel improve the overall level
of play of The King, but I'm pretty sure that most of these books are only
usable in other GUIs (Chessbase, etc.).

Of course, you can create one yourself out of a PGN file, or attempt to convert
one of these other books to the old OBK format (pre-CM9000 format), which CM9000
knows how to read.
