Take 64 programs on ICC say A0,A1,...A63 that are the same program with different books. Ai always beat Aj when j>i thanks to a killer book. Now all the program may start and get a rating of let say 2800 at blitz. Now you start with matches when Ai agree only to play A63-i A0,... A31 are going to get 3000 thanks to beating A32,..A63 You do the same again and A0,...A15 are going to get 3200 thanks to beating A16,..A31 You continue A0,...A7 are going to get 3400 A0,..A3 are going to get 3600 A0,A1 are going to get 3800 A0 is going to get 4000 Uri
