George, you are correct and there are legitimate reasons for some to play
programs with !computer in their variable.  But you are not posting here
"beating your chest" about a phony rating and how good your program is like
Wackyraces is.

Wackyraces record against other programs when he plays them on ICC is just about
50%.  It's all in his history..............
