This will be fixed in the upcoming V1.5 version.

E.g. the following EPD line

3r2k1/1p5p/6p1/p2q1p2/P1Q5/1P5P/1P6/5RK1 w - - bm Rd1; id "WCSAC.0001";

will be mapped to the following PGN game notation:

[Event "Computer Chess Test Suite"]
[Site "EPD2diag V1.5"]
[Date "1998.09.15"]
[Round "?"]
[White "WCSAC.0001"]
[Black "Rd1"]
[Result "*"]
[SetUp "1"]
[FEN "3r2k1/1p5p/6p1/p2q1p2/P1Q5/1P5P/1P6/5RK1 w - - 0 1"]

1.Rd1 *

Is this the kind of information you want to have in the
PGN output ?

BTW: I don't know, when I will release the new V1.5 version,
but I have a working V1.5P5 (preview 5 of V1.5). This version
will also fix in importing RTF to WinWord 95/97.

So if anybody is interested in some new features, I will make
this version available for public download.

Manfred
