Yes
You have a bug.

you cannot claim a draw after Bd3 because there were only 99 plies with no
capture and no pawn move.

You cannot claim a draw after the mate because a mate is the end of the game and
if you need to decide between mate and 50 move rules than mate decide the result
of the game.
