Bug!

You can only make draw claims when it is your turn.  White cannot make a valid
draw claim based on the fifty-move rule after playing 151. Bd3.  After Black
plays 151...Qg1# the game ends immediately due to checkmate.  White never gets
another turn, so he has no chance to claim that the position is drawn by the
fifty-move rule.
