A far more sensible suggestion (cf. my rants and raves in other replies to this)
would be to have a special new category of game on ICC akin to the one and five
minute categories. These were designed to combat the human equivalent of rating
fixing: by requesting games in these categories you get _no choice_ as to who
your opponent is - they are alloted by the system automatically. Comps are not
allowed to play in the one and five minute categories - but it would be nice for
those of a suitable inclination to have something similar for comps only.

Create, don't destroy.

It could actually be fun.
