I do not believe the excuse that humans are going to get tired. They simply want to get more money for less games so they use the excuse of being tired. I also think that there are more candidates like Deep Sjeng and Ruffian. I do not know about sponsors who are interested to pay money for that event so I do not expect it to happen. Maybe there is a possible way to convince the top players to play without new sponsors but I do not expect it to happen. The way that I see is if sponsors of existing tournaments decide not to let humans who do not play against computers or do bad performance against computers relative to other humans to play in their tournaments.
