I think, however, that saying: "I think that trying to compare top programs with
humans is a stupid comparison" is very stupid.

If I want I´ll compare them. If I don´t want to do it, I won´t compare them.

Correct. But in this case solutions already exist in EGTBs. So, programs are not
solving the problem, but looking for already existing solutions.

It is tournaments regulation problem. EGTB should  be allowed only for analysis.
