I don't think Uri is a 1100 beginner.
From what I have understood he is a very strong corrispodence player.

Anyway, also if you were right about his strenght I think it is VERY unpolite to
throw words at people this way.
Also consider that you weren't responding to a Uri's post, neither he has any
relation with the topic (Brutus).

I can't speak for Uri, of course, but I think that moderators should take some
action if you continue behaving this way.
