Just like Jeroen, I recommend CT Art 3.0 by Convekta.  Probably the best piece
of software for learning tactics.  Runs under any Windows version, runs on a P4.
Get it, you will love it. Has a rating feature, has Crafty built in as an
analyst, lots of tactical positons, keeps track of your scoring, etc.
