What specifically are you trying to do with them and what is your level of
proficiency in both software and chess might determine an appropriate answer.
In short, they are both good. CA gives more bang for the buck. CA can read
CBfiles but CB cannot read CA files. CB integrates well with fritz gui
software-extra purchase but common here. CA comes with chess tiger for nothing
extra, also ruffian.
