This says conclusively that Shredder 7.04 is stronger than Junior 8.

Shredder 7.04     2774-31=2743
Junior   8.0.0.2. 2699+36=2735

According to this Sedat rating list, The question doesn't exist anymore.
Shredder leads Junior, in a worsed case scenario, with a massive 8 elo point
lead!
