both.

first decision was to stop the winboard engine because no one could get it to
work except a few freaks who happen to post here and in winboard forum.

second decision was to not release new ones in the future because of the same
reason there is no uci version for Fritz.

If you are a real freak you should read Eric's Schiller homepage. It's 120 pages
with quoted emails in the kramnik-fritz match. Eric was in the organisation
involved initially and just read the rest at his homepage.
