This issue has been raised before, the standard reply is that the moderators and their policy has been democraticly elected. I remember most of them did state clearly that they would allow heated Bob-Vincent type conversations. If you are not happy with the wild west CCC you can vote differently, or maybe even run for sherif, ehhh moderator, yourself. :) -S.
