Steven, Are the CCRs only for chess reviews? I get this impression from this email, and your last one on the subject. I would be more interested in writing papers on chess programming techniques, both theoretical and practical, rather than reviewing existing programs. Would the CCRs be a suitable forum for this type of paper? Cheers, Mike.
