No, this is not a new version of The King by Johan. It is a new version of David
Kittinger's engine (called "WChess" and previously used in Sierra's power
chess). This program is being developed by Fluent Entertainment and published by
Vivendi Universal.

Johan, to the best of my knowledge, still has an agreement with Ubi Soft to
produce engines for the Chessmaster series.
