These and some other Chess programs are made for the Tournament player in mind. They have incredible strength in the +2500 elo range and can give you a professional analysis of your game with verbose annotation. They have great training and sparring modes, and they have incredible opening databases. Please check out the Chessbase web site for more info. P.S. I do not work for chessbase but I do own Fritz5 and Chessbase7 and they have improved my strength considerably.
