Subject: IBM "Pacific Blue"

I read an article in today's newspaper about IBM's new super computer which is
nicknamed "Pacific Blue". According to this article PB can make 3.9 trillion
calculations per second. It is 15,000 times faster than the average home
computer and has 80,000 times as much memory.
In a hypothetical situation where Fritz5 or one of the other top programs was
running on this machine, what type of performance in NPS or rating could we
expect to see?
Would it pummel any GM on the planet?
Thanks in advance from a curious newbie.
Peter
