Yes, 19.Bc4 looks like it wins convincingly to me. Radja was very lucky indeed.
His 16...b5 looks bad. After 16...Rac8 it White would probably only get a normal
edge, but then we might have missed out on a lot of fun too. Luck went with the
brave this time, but he shouldn't count on it, since the move 19.Bc4 is not that
difficult.
