Subject: How exactly do you get Shredder 7 into a tournmament?

well thanks to the posts here by several of the board members we know a few
things about the shredder 7 games going on in VI Magistral de la Republica
Argentina. (Chessbase has full coverge)

We know now that it was a private owner of the engine, bought from chessbase.
For some strange reason he didn't want to play 7.04, only 7.0

So the question is, as I thought about this eating a burger today,
How would I get my Shredder 7.04 into a tournament?
Right now in Montreal Canada, close to my city which is Ottawa, there is a
massive tournament going on,

Its too late yes, but how do I go about it next time?
