you can change and tune lots of parameters in Rebel-DOS and Rebel-Windows. Just try with changing parameters in the *.eng files. Change something. Play at least 3-5 games. change something again. play again few games. if you believe you have a good setting, play at least 10 or 20 games. if it is still better than the default style (beta1.eng or beta9.eng) publish your results or send them to Ed. There is lots of stuff changable in rebel12. since the windows version is not running that good and bugless in the moment, it should be a better idea to work with the dos version until the major bugs are fixed in the win version. we could discuss all the changes here. Or somewhere else (if other people feel bored). Important is IMO that (when you have a new style) you come with the PGN that support that it is an advantage.
