and most important of all; which i forgot to add: the incentive for winning should be same for both parties as also the the disincentive for merely drawing! in fact there should be a very large monetary prize only for each game won and very little for drawn games! this would ensure that a gm plays to win and not merely collect his money by making tme draws when ahead!
