Yes, i have read from one of the gcc developers that the P4 should be the
comparatively worst processor for gcc compared to the rest of the compilers
because they don't do proper instruction scheduling.  he blamed this on intel
docs.  So what kind of Xeon was this?  P3 or P4 based?
