Rxg7 is a very nice move but I think black is still winning. See below.
You'll have to check this out though with Fritz to sse what it comes up with.
Fritz 5.16 takes roughly 5 minutes on the P6-233 (under 3 min on the
>PII-400 in the actual game); Junior 5 can't find it in 45 minutes (P6), Hiarcs 6

Here on black's move 21 let Fritz have a long think here. Instead of
Qe5 does it come up with Rg8! That move looks like it keeps a comfortable
black win in hand. It needs further confirmation though from programs
as I don't totally trust my ability in this position. If Rg8 holds on it
does not detract from Rxg7 as it seems to be White's best practical choice
from a poor position. Does any program play Rg8 here instead of Qe5?
