I am not so much worried about the pricing, and I understand your situation on that matter. Now onto the main problem, I have Rebel 10 on my System, I tried my copy on both of their systems and they worked great, I tried the two copies of Rebel 10 which I bought from Gambitsoft on my System and they both did not work, the two copies from Gambitsoft are the same version as what I have, so it can only be assumed then that the disks are faulty. I would appriciate if I have two faulty disks you could email me as to what to do about fixing this problem. And I can assure you that unless Rebel have produced different version programs for Rebel 10, then the disk are simply faulty, not a problem with computer systems, not in this case. because my Rebel 10 program works, but their copies do not on my System. I apolagise if I sounded harsh towards Gambitsoft, but nearly $500 Aus Dollars is not small change to me or to the two of them. Lets just hope for a speedy fix to this. Regards Mike >We do not have any email here. The email address is >seifriz@gambitsoft.com >So we do not know your technical problems! Ed Schroder >has a FIX file for computers which cannot install >Rebel immediately. And we get our CDs from Mr Schroder. >Do you think we have a different Rebel or what? >About prices: >If you read this forum and you read our NEWS page you will >realize that this mess erupted yesterday afternoon. WE WERE NOT >informed by Ed Schroeder. I wrote 3 emails 2 faxes and I called once >without reaching him. Just give us some time please before >complaining! >Bert/gambitsoft.com
