I started developing crafty on a solaris box, and After a bit of playing around, I finally found a version of gcc that would compile something that would work. Seems that the "long long" stuff causes headaches from time to time... It should work on the PPC. However, I have not tried it in quite a while. The last time I did, it worked fine, but I don't have any IBM boxes handy for testing at the moment.
