Stellungen sind die Computer riesenstark und in der Lage, auf die feinsten
Unterschiede zu reagieren.} 12. exd5 exd5 13. Bb2 {Perhaps played too
schematically. It is not clear where to find the best square for the dark
sqared bishop. And for this reason it might have been wiser to still allow the
possibility Be3. An interesting option here was 13.Nb5 in order to neutralize
the unpleasent pin / Meines Erachtens zu schematisch gespielt, denn noch ist
nicht klar, auf welcher Diagonale der Lauefer am besten steht. Deshalb haette
sich Weiss die Moeglichkeit Lc1-e3 offen halten sollen. Beachtenswert scheint
mir die Fortsetzung 13.Sb5, um endlich die dumme Fesslung loszuwerden.} (13.

is very fine / und ploetzlich stuende Weiss ganz ausgezeichnet}) 13... Re8 14.
Rac1 {Looks very natural though 14.Nb5 was still a good trial. On the other
hand it was almost impossible for the GM to foresee the coming complications.
And as we can see from the later comments, it is not sure if 14.Rac1 is not a
sufficient repy / Sieht alles logisch aus. Aber noch immer war 14.Sb5 der m.E.
beste Versuch. Allerdings lagen die kommenden Verwicklungen wohl ausserhalb
menschlicher Erkenntnis. Und schliesslich ist vielleicht zuzugeben, dass
selbst 14.Tac1 durchaus spielbar ist: siehe die nachfolgenden Anmerkungen.}

This is now forced due to the attack against c4 / Nun erzwungen, weil c4 haengt

Romanishin,O aufgeschnauft haben, denn offenbar ist der Damentausch nicht zu
vermeiden} 21... Bxf2+ {A fantastic and unexpected sacrifice that surely had a
great psychological influence on the human player. It does not matter that
this move may not be fully correct to win the game / Ein fantastisches Opfer
von Brutus, das psychologisch seine Wirkung wohl nicht verfehlt hat ... und
dies trotz des Umstandes, dass - wie ich meine - dieses Opfer nicht die Partie
gewinnt.} 22. Kxf2 Nfg4+ 23. Kg1 Qh6 24. Rc3 Qxh2+ 25. Kf1 h5 26. Qd4 h4 27.
gxh4 Qxh4 28. Rh3 {Up to this position, Romanishin,O has defended very well
and it is indeed a pity that White struggles only one move later / Bislang hat
sich Weiss ganz ausgezeichnet verteidigt. Deshalb tut der schlimme Fehler im
folgenden Zug doppelt weh.} 28... Nh2+ 29. Kg1 {?? Afer this severy tactical
oversight, the game is over. Such moves are hard to explain. I can't see how
Black could win after 29.Rxh2 Qxh2 30.Nd3 / Aua, wirklich schade fuer diese
spannende Partie. Romanishin,O begeht einen dummen taktischen Fehler, wonach
es sofort aus ist. Noch immer sehe ich nicht, wie Schwarz nach 29.Txh2 Dxh2 30.
Sd2 gewinnen will.} 29... Nhf3+ 30. Bxf3 Qxh3 31. Nd2 (31. Nd2 Nxf3+ 32. Nxf3
Qg3+ 33. Kf1 Qxf3+) 0-1
