I guess that Ruffian is better thanks to superior book.

I remember that Leo posted results of the nunn2 match when Deep Sjeng won.
but Deep Sjeng's book is not very good to win games and
Deep Sjeng could score only 59.5/84 in the first division(less than 71%) when
Ruffian1.0.1 could get 79/100 against better opponents that included
Crafty,Yace,Gandalf,nimzo2000.
