Most likely the settings that it plays with now are the best or at least close to that. But it can also be a lot of fun, to play programmer for a bit, tweak this, put a silly number there and see what happens! You can't break anything and you get a feeling of what computerchess can and cannot do. Personally I like it more than playing against programs, that is no fun at all in my opinion! Regards, Eelco
