     Hi Uri
It's indeed a tablebase and not an engine problem. In the following
position, Junior8 with all 3-/4-/5-men EGTB shows:

[D]5Q2/1K4p1/4p1k1/8/8/8/7B/8 w - - 0 1

Junior 8 A1200 - Junior 7 A1200
5Q2/1K4p1/4p1k1/8/8/8/7B/8 w - - 0 1

Analysis by Junior 8:

89.Dxg7+ Kxg7 90.Lb8
  = (0.00) Tiefe: 3 00:00:00
89.Da3 Kf5
  +- (14.14) Tiefe: 3 00:00:00
89.Db4 Kf5
  +- (14.26) Tiefe: 3 00:00:00
89.Dc5 Kf6
  +- (14.48) Tiefe: 3 00:00:00
89.Dd6 Kf7 90.Le5
  +- (15.16) Tiefe: 3 00:00:00
89.De7 Kf5
  +- (#8) Tiefe: 3 00:00:00
