Try to download it again, but this time make sure all anti-virus and internet security software [especially Norton software] is disabled before you begin the download. In a recent bulletin I reported that downloading a CB8 upgrade was a disaster for me [the download was corrupted by the Norton anti-virus and internet security software] but after I disabled my anti-virus and internet security software, I was able to do the download successfully. Norton seems to not like downloading. Bob D.
