Ed, over the years you have given the best customer service in the software industry. One slip and you are now an ogre. Perhaps you should have given your reasons before the price change. Perhaps you should have offered some kind of discount on future products to those who feel slighted. Perhaps you should have learned to dance. You did what you thought was the right thing to do to stay afloat. I do think that those who know your products and your service will continue to purchase from you. But with all the flack new customers might be led astray. Ah, how many times have I purchased a product only to wish I had waited a week, a month, or a year! For those who don't know, few companies give refunds when they drop their prices, even if you just purchased it the day before. I know!
